  • How do I order?
    • You may call, fax, or order through the shopping cart (store) on the website.
  • When will I get my order?
    • Most orders can be delivered the next day, however in some cases it may be 5-7 days for delivery based on our inventory levels and schedule.
  • When can I order?
    • You can order any time. The optimum order cut-off time is noon on Tuesdays, as we order our shipments on Wednesdays for Friday AM delivery. 
  • How do I know you got my order?
    • We will confirm with you, most probably by the method you placed your order.
  • How do I pay?
    • If you call or fax-in your order we can collect at the time of delivery, or you can leave a check. For returning customers we can also leave an invoice for mail in payment. You can also pay through our website. When you check-out you will be directed to the Pay Pal website where you may make a secure payment with your credit card. You need not be signed-up with Pay Pal to do this.
  • Do I need to be home when the food is delvered?
    • No, we'll leave the delivery where you tell us.
  • Where do you deliver?
    • We offer free delivery with any purchase to greater Sacramento (Sacramento, El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Orangevale,Roseville, and Granite Bay).
  •  I live outside those borders, can I still get delivery?
    • Yes, you may have a higher minimum, or a delivery fee based on your location. Please contact us for those specifics at info@homepetfooddelivery.com .
  • I went to your store and I don't know some or any of your foods?
    • Most of our foods are not sold in any type of grocery, mass, or box-store. That includes national pet store chains. In some cases you can find them at smaller independent stores. In many areas of Sacramento they are not available at all.
  • So tell me about your products please?
    • We have included links that will take you to the websites of most of the products we sell. We also have links to other products so you can compare ingredients, etc.
  • What about your pricing?
    • Because we buy from the same sources as other pet stores, we can be competitively priced, and often we are cheaper than their prices. When you add-in the cost of your time and gas we offer a great value.
  • What if my pet won't eat the food?
    • We offer a money-back guarantee on all of our products. Just email us and we will arrange replacement with another food or refund.
  • Are your foods safe?
    • None of the products we offer are involved in any current recall. We monitor that information daily and will remove for sale any item found to be recalled or suspect.
